Joliwud (Hollywood)

Jayson y Dylan estan enfermos. El uno sin ganas de moverse y el otro sin ganas de moverse, pero con la obligación de hacerlo. Dadas las circunstancias Jay nos prestó su carro para ir a donde quisiéramos. Por preferencia de La Noruega partimos a Joliwud. Yo manejando con licencia ecuatoriana, sin saber si es legal, con nervios y ella, pues, emocionada, disfrutando del paisaje y tomando fotos a diestra y siniestra.

Manejamos unas 2 horas hasta llegar al centro de la ciudad, cruzamos Sunset Boulevard de punta a punta. Después de ser BIEN turistas y subir a ver el JOLIWUD de la montaña, fuimos para Malibú a pegarnos un chapuzón en el mar. Nos bajamos del carro por media hora, cuando regresamos teníamos una multa de parqueo de 45 dólar.

De regreso en Loma Linda, nos fuimos a jugar billar con Mat (uno de los chicos que viven en la misma casa que J y D, son 6 en total) y Tonya (su fantástica novia). O nos fuimos al cine con Dylan a ver Piratas del Caribe II, no me acuerdo.

Jayson and Dylan are sick. One of them not wanting to move and the other not wanting to move, but obliged to do so. So, Jay lend us his car to go wherever we wanted to. As preferred by The Norwegian Chick we took of to Hollywood. Me, driving with a foreign driver license, not knowing if it was legal, nervous and her, well, exited enjoying the view and taking pictures non-stop.

We drove for about 2 hours before hitting downtown, crossed Sunset Boulevard from beginning to end. After being PERFECT tourists, climbed up to see the Hollywood sign, we went to Malibu to meet the ocean again.. We got of the car for half an hour and when we came back we had a 45-dollars parking ticket.

Back to Loma Linda, we went to play pool with Mat (one of the 6 guys that live with J and D) and Tonya (his amazing girlfriend). Either that or we went to the movies with Dylan, Pirates of the Caribbean II.
