A Guatemala, pero no... (To Guatemala, but no...)

Toca separarse de los chicos, ellos suben, nosotros bajamos.

Dentro de la selva, junto a los cuartos y los restaurantes, habían también agencias de viajes que arreglan turs por México y hasta Flores-Guatemala, entonces decidimos tomar uno que iba por la frontera y desde ahí ibamos a coger un bus hasta Flores. No pasó, porque cuando llegamos a la segunda parada, nos enteramos que teníamos que habernos quedado en la primera si querías cruzar y dijimos: bueno, dormimos aquí, pero no pasó tampoco, porque necesitabamos más dinero del que teníamos, entonces tuvimos que regresarnos a Palenque a reencontrarnos con los muchachos.

Ahora sobre las paradas.

Primera: Bonampak, ciudad maya, única en este sector que conserva aún las pinturas de la época y en muy buen estado.

Segunda: Yaxchilán, para llegar a esta ciudad, hay que viajar media hora en bote y entrar a la selva desde el agua.

Decisión: subir a Tulúm.

Time to split from the boys, they go up, we go down.

In the middle of the jungle, right in between the rooms and the restaurants, there were also travel agencies that arranged tours through Mexico and down to Flores-Guatemala, so we decided to take one to the border and from there take a bus to Flores. that didn´t happen, because by the time we got to the second stop, we found out we should have stayed in the first stop y if we wanted to cross so we said: Well, we´ll just sleep over here, that didn´t happen eighter, cause we needed more money than we had, so we ended up going back to Palenque to find our boys.

Now: About the stops.

First: Bonampak, unic mayan city in the area that still keeps the paintings of that time and in a pretty good state.

Second: Yaxchilán, to get to this city you have to drive in a boat for half an hour and get in to the jungle through the water.

Decision: go up to Tulúm.
