Arecifes a 15 minutos nadando.
After suprising Oren, Ronni and Lior, who thought we were already in the other side of the border, we went up to Tulum, following their Lonely Planet.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a tiny piece of paradise.
Mayan ruins by the caribbean sea. Reefs 15 minutes swim away. Water temperature, well, a little bit to warm for my taste, but great. No electricity, just candlelight. Grey iguanas. Clear skies and lots of stars.
If we wanted to see the ruins the convencional way, we would have had to take a taxi, bus and pay a large amount of money for the entrance, so we decided to get there swimming, funner and free.
We shared a cabain with a gringa, Christina, very nice girl, who now spends her days with us.
At night, we didn´t make a fire, but a hole in the sand and put a candle in it. Before that, we got in to the calm, warm ocean to see the plancton shine along with the stars.

Así se eran todos nuestros días
