Bienvenidos a Tikal, la fortaleza maya más extensa de Latinoamérica. Se han encontrado hasta 30000 piezas arqueológicas en este territorio, incluyendo grandes templos y edificaciones siginificativas de la época.
Si te sientas en la cumbre de la pirámide más alta puedes ver las otras pirámides a la distancia entre los árboles de la selva y escuchar a los monos e insectos llamar a la lluvia.
Cuando la lluvia llega, depende del estado de ánimo del lugar si ésta cae en el área o no. Mientras nosotros la visitabamos Tikal no quizo lluvia y la poderosa nube negra sobre nuestras cabezas, lo entendió.
Welcome to Tikal, the largest mayan fortress in Latinamerica. More than 30000 archeological pieces have been found in this territory, including temples and significant edifications from that period.
If you sit on the top of the highest pyramid, you can see the other pyramids at a distance between jungle trees and listen to the monkeys and bugs yell for the rain.
When the rain gets to the place, it´s up to the mood of the land to decide if it rains or not. While we visited Tikal it didn´t want any rain and the powerfull cloud over our heads got it.
